Sean Minor Wine Dinner (July 29, 2026)

Gather your people for an evening with Sean Minor Winery. Four Tupelo courses, each poured alongside a Sean Minor wine, from the Invited Sauvignon Blanc through the Signature Series.

Stuart Barker of Sean Minor hosts the evening, walking you through the vineyards behind each pour. You'll hear about the fog-cooled Petaluma Gap, sites like Roberts Road, and the craft that gives these wines their sense of place. It's a rare chance to taste California through the people who make it.

We open with wagyu carpaccio and the bright, citrusy Invited Sauvignon Blanc. Blue crab cake and hot sauce butter meet a creamy Chardonnay. A sous vide Niman Ranch pork chop with cherry gastrique follows, poured with silky Pinot Noir. To finish, Valrhona chocolate tart and a structured Cabernet Sauvignon.

Come hungry, settle in, and let the evening take its time (winemaker stories included).
