Bring your favorite vintage(s) (or order one off of our award-winning wine list) to be paired with a unique menu by Chef/Owner Matthew Harris! Enjoy 5 courses featuring stunning flavors specifically chosen to highlight American Pinot Noir. Bring your friends and/or make new ones -- perhaps you'll even find a new wine to love!

1st - Alaskan King Salmon Crudo, Sea Urchin, Roe, Sliced Radish, Dandelion, Seaweed

2nd - Utah Elk Carpaccio, Sourdough, Chives, Dijon Aioli, Snap Peas, Heirloom Tomatoes, Shaved Feta

3rd - Niman Ranch Porchetta, Chanterelle Mushrooms, Goat Cheese Polenta, Garlic Shoots

4th - Utah Lamb: Sous Vide Loin, Braised Shank, Summer Corn, Local Cherries
