Enjoy 5 courses featuring stunning flavors specifically chosen to highlight American Pinot Noir. Bring your friends and/or make new ones -- perhaps you'll even find a new wine to love!

2nd - Utah Elk Carpaccio, Sourdough, Chives, Dijon Aioli, Snap Peas, Heirloom Tomatoes, Shaved Feta
